I’m a director and cinematographer with a long-standing obsession with film and photography. I’m drawn to bold choices in image-making, strong lighting, considered composition, texture and contrast, and how style can deepen the feeling of a story rather than simply decorate it. I’ve always loved black and white imagery and documentary ways of seeing. I’m constantly looking for new ways to tell stories, whether that’s through structure, the way something is shot, or simply finding a perspective that feels less expected. I also come from a background working in a creative agency, which gave me an early appreciation for the relationship between concept and craft, and how ideas take shape through imagery. At the centre of it all is a real interest in people and the stories they carry, using the camera to bring those stories to life with clarity and intent.
